Returns Policy
NEED TO RETURN?
Please notify us at your earliest convenience if you need to return any item(s). You can do this by emailing us at:

In your email please include your order details and reason for return.
We aim to reply back to you within 48 hours.
UNFORTUNATELY WE CANNOT OFFER RETURNS ON SALE ITEMS
You have 14 days from the day of purchase to return your item(s). Any return request after this date will not be accepted.
Please note we do not offer free or prepaid returns.
Please take extra care when trying on your new purchase, any item(s) marked with make-up, fake tan, lotions etc will not be eligible for a return. All items must be returned in the condition they were received with labels still attached.
Please pop a note in your parcel, with your full name, telephone number and address along with the description for the items you are returning.
Parcels which are lost in the post will not be eligible for a refund. We would advise you to keep hold of your postage receipt until your refund has reached your account.
FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEM?
We are very sorry if you have received any item(s) which may be faulty or incorrect in your delivery. We will help you rectify this as soon as possible.
Please email info@missyone.com with the image of the item(s) showing any fault with a brief description and your order details. We will aim to contact you within 48 hours.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
